Visa withdrawals are stated at 1 to 3 banking days with a EUR 20 minimum and no operator fee. Third-party reviews give 3 to 6 days, 3 to 5 business days, 2 to 5 business days and up to 6 days for the same rail — plan around the longer figure.

1. Log in to your MagicRed account and open the cashier.

Verification before your first withdrawal

MagicRed does not publish a KYC document list on its payments page, so treat any specific list of required files you see on affiliate sites as unverified. What the payments page does establish is the structure that KYC sits inside: a site-wide EUR 20 minimum withdrawal, no operator fee, and clearing windows of 24 hours to 7 business days that only start counting once a request is approved. The document check happens before that clock starts, which is why one player reports 24 hours on Skrill and another reports six days on the same account.

Two practical consequences. First, withdrawal routes are tied to deposit routes: Paysafecard is deposit-only, so a Paysafecard deposit has to be cashed out through a different method, and that alternative method has to be in your own name — expect it to be checked. Second, verify while your balance is still in play rather than after you request a payout; a request submitted before documents are accepted simply sits in review, and the 1 to 3 banking day figure for Visa or Mastercard does not apply to it. Government photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method are the standard three in the Canadian market, but MagicRed has not published which of them it asks for.

Common payment problems and what actually causes them

Deposit not credited. Every deposit method in the table above is listed as instant except bank transfer, which has a CAD 20 minimum and no published deposit timing. So an instant method that has not appeared is almost always an amount below the minimum (EUR 10 or CAD 10 depending on the method, CAD 20 for bank transfer) or a card declined by the issuer rather than by MagicRed. Check whether the amount left your bank at all before opening a ticket.

Withdrawal slower than published. This is where published figures vary most. The operator states 1 to 3 banking days for Visa and Mastercard; independent reviews of the same casino state 3 to 6 days, 3 to 5 business days, 2 to 5 business days and up to 6 days. Interac is quoted at up to 24 hours, 2 to 5 days and up to 6 days. MuchBetter is quoted at 0 to 2 or 1 to 3 business days, Trustly at 1 to 3 or 3 to 5 business days. The longer figure is the safer assumption, and the operator figure is the one you can quote back in a complaint.

Withdrawal rejected. Predictable causes, in order: requesting less than the EUR 20 / CAD 20 minimum; trying to withdraw to Paysafecard, which does not support withdrawals at all; using a card or wallet that is not in the account holder's name; or an unfinished document check.

Account locked. A lock stops the payment clock entirely — the 24-hour Skrill and NETELLER window does not run while an account is under review. Keep the withdrawal reference number from the cashier, and do not resubmit the same request; duplicate requests are a common reason a payout is reversed back to the balance.
